Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.Achieve sales, revenue and new customer acquisition targets.Drive Mutual Fund and Wealth product sales to Retail/HNI clients.Coach and mentor RMs for lead conversion and target achievement.Develop relationships with HNI/NRI investors.Conduct regular performance reviews and business planning.Ensure high-quality customer service and client retention.Candidate Requirements 10+ years of sales experience with team handling.Strong experience in Mutual Funds / Wealth Management.Exposure to Retail, HNI and NRI clients.Strong sales leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.Education: Masters Degree; MBA Marketing/Finance preferred.Mutual Fund, MF, Wealth Management, HNI, NRI, Relationship Management, Team Leader, Investment Products, Sales, Customer Engagement Compensation: 2,500,000.00 - 3,000,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
