Role Description: We are early. Not polished, not fully built yet. What exists today is a name, a point of view, and a first collection taking shape. Whoever joins now helps decide what this becomes. This is a founder's office role. You'll build the house's clientele. Not through ads, not through campaigns. Through relationships. People, introductions, conversations that lead somewhere. The kind of trust that takes time and can't be bought. For the first month, you're running point mostly solo. I'll be reachable, but not in the room daily. That's the trade. Real autonomy, real stakes, your decisions shaping the outcome from week one. We'll talk numbers on a call, and we'll be fair. But if money is the main reason you're applying, this probably isn't for you. Qualifications: You finish what you start, without needing to be chased. You have taste. In people, in words, in how a brand should feel. You can point to something and say why it's right. You believe the best customers come from relationships, not reach. You'd rather earn one real introduction than get a thousand impressions. You are comfortable moving slowly and personally. Real conversations before any thought of a campaign.
