CoralConcept Store is a women's multibrand fashion boutique based in Kolkata, offering a curated selection of luxury, premium, and homegrown Indian fashion and accessories from brands and designers across India. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Fashion Consultant & Merchandiser to join our team full-time, on-site. The role combines personalised styling, customer experience, visual merchandising, inventory management, and brand coordination. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalised styling advice and assist customers in selecting outfits and accessories.Deliver a premium customer experience, build strong client relationships, and support sales through proactive engagement and follow-up.Maintain strong knowledge of our brands, products, collections, and current fashion trends.Manage visual merchandising, including product placement, displays, new arrivals, seasonal changes, and overall store presentation.Monitor inventory and ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, organised, and visually up to date.Coordinate with brands and vendors on new collections, seasonal launches, replenishment, deliveries, and stock movement.Assist with onboarding new brands and collections. Ensure all incoming and outgoing stock is accurately received, tallied, packed, and maintained.Track sales and inventory trends and share customer and product feedback with management.Respond to customer enquiries through online channels and support promotions, launches, and in-store brand initiatives. QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail, boutique retail, styling, or merchandising.Strong interest and knowledge of women's fashion, styling, brands, and trends.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong eye for visual merchandising and attention to detail.Ability to coordinate effectively with brands, vendors, and customers.Fluent in English.Proactive, organised, and commercially minded. .
