Role Description The Laundry Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing daily laundry and dry-cleaning operations. This role includes supervising staff, assigning workloads, and monitoring quality across washing, drying, ironing, and finishing processes. The Laundry Manager coordinates order intake and delivery, ensures proper handling of garments and equipment, and maintains cleanliness and safety standards in the facility. The role also involves managing inventory of detergents and supplies, tracking basic budgets and costs, and resolving customer issues to support a smooth, efficient service. The Laundry Manager collaborates with ownership or senior management to implement process improvements and support business growth. Qualifications Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance monitoring.Hands-on experience with laundry services and laundry operations, including garment handling and equipment use.Basic budgeting and cost-control abilities to manage supplies, labor, and operational expenses.Customer service skills to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and maintain positive client relationships.Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards in cleaning, finishing, and order accuracy.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with good organizational and time-management skills.Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in laundry or similar service operations.Prior experience in laundry, housekeeping, or facility management is preferred; a relevant vocational or diploma qualification is an advantage. .
