Customer Delight Specialist Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Work Mode: Work From Office Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM Salary: Up to 5 LPA + Incentives Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Delight Specialist who can deliver an excellent customer experience through effective communication, empathy, and timely problem resolution. Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.Identify customer needs and contribute to improving customer experience.Requirements Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.Empathetic, patient, and customer-focused approach.Good organizational and follow-up skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with customer service tools/software is an advantage.Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.
