UK Sales & Client Support Executive Compensation: 14,000 - 16,000 per month Work Location: In person Job Overview We are looking for a confident and professional UK Sales & Client Support Executive to handle incoming and outgoing calls with UK-based clients and prospective customers. The successful candidate must be able to speak fluent, clear and professional English and should be comfortable communicating with clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our services and converting enquiries into business opportunities. This role is particularly suitable for someone who is confident speaking with UK customers and can communicate in a polite, professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from UK-based clients and prospective customers. Make outbound sales and follow-up calls where required. Speak confidently and professionally in English throughout client conversations. Understand the client's enquiry and identify which service they require. Explain the company's services clearly and accurately. Convert enquiries and leads into potential clients. Follow up with prospective clients who have previously contacted the company. Maintain regular follow-up with warm leads until a decision is received. Collect basic client information during calls. Record call notes, client requirements and follow-up actions accurately. Forward technical or specialist enquiries to the appropriate team member. Arrange appointments, callbacks or consultations where required. Respond to basic enquiries received through telephone, email or other communication channels. Maintain a professional and positive company image during all client interactions. Build good relationships with existing and prospective clients. Support management with sales campaigns and client outreach. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, outcomes and conversions. Work towards agreed sales and client-conversion targets. Follow company scripts, procedures and data-protection requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information. Communication Requirements The candidate must have: Fluent spoken English. Clear pronunciation and good telephone communication skills. Ability to understand different UK accents. Confidence speaking with UK-based customers. Good listening skills. Ability to ask appropriate questions and understand client requirements. Professional telephone manners. Good written English for emails and client messages. Ability to communicate naturally rather than simply reading from a script. Required Skills Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, call centre or client-facing work would be preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence making and receiving business calls. Ability to explain services clearly and professionally. Good negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to handle objections professionally. Ability to remain calm and polite when dealing with difficult customers. Good organisational and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to use email, Microsoft Office and online systems. Ability to maintain accurate notes and client records. Self-motivated and comfortable working towards targets. Preferred Experience Previous experience in any of the following would be an advantage: UK customer service UK telesales International call centre B2B sales Professional services sales Accounting or financial services Lead generation Appointment setting CRM systems What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is confident on the telephone, speaks fluent English and is comfortable dealing directly with UK clients. The person should not be afraid to make calls, follow up with prospective customers or ask questions to understand what the client needs. The successful candidate should be professional, polite, persuasive and able to build trust with clients. The main focus of the role will be to handle enquiries professionally, follow up leads and help convert potential customers into clients.
