Roles and Responsibilities : Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the organization. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow management, and bank reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Job Requirements : 15-25 years of experience in finance leadership roles within the engineering & construction industry. Strong expertise in accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, revenue recognition, and fund flow analysis. Proven track record in budgetary control with ability to manage budgets effectively across multiple projects simultaneously. .
