Procurement Executive-Shirpur Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain. Experience: Key Responsibilities: - Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, delivery, and service. - Obtain and compare quotations from vendors. - Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. - Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs). - Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate vendor performance. - Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements. - Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and budgets. - Maintain procurement records, contracts, and documentation. - Resolve supplier-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies. - Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages. - Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and savings reports. - Qualified certification (e.g., CIPS or CPSM) is an advantage. .
