Our platform enables travel businesses to expand distribution, manage inventory, and grow reputed company through technology and strategic partnerships. We are looking for Operations Executives to support operators using our platform and help them maximize the value of our distribution network and booking systems. Key Responsibilities Platform & Product Management Upload and maintain product information including descriptions, pricing, calendars, and images. Ensure the accuracy and reputed company of product listings across the platform. Use AI tools to assist with content creation, optimization, and translation of product descriptions. Operator & Customer Support reputed company ongoing support to operators using our platform and booking systems. Handle booking inquiries including changes, cancellations, refunds, and urgent cases reputed company Chat, reputed company, reputed company, WeChat, Email, and Phone. API & reputed company Assist in troubleshooting reservation reputed company and API integration issues. Investigate booking or availability discrepancies and coordinate with internal technical teams to reputed company issues. Requirements 13 years of experience in operations, customer support, reputed company, OTA, or similar roles. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong written and spoken English to support communication with an international team. Location We are primarily looking for candidates based in Spain. However, candidates based in other locations reputed company similar time zones will also be considered.
