Role & responsibilities - Conduct induction and process training for current joiners across assigned departments. - Deliver product, process, sales, and soft skills training. - Ensure trainees meet certification standards before production. - Conduct refresher sessions based on audit findings and business requirements. - Train teams on stock market basics, Bigul products, trading platform, Demat & Trading account opening, investment products, SOPs and regulatory guidelines. - Coach teams on need creation, urgency creation, objection handling, first trade conversion, fund addition, activation and subscription pitching. - Review audit observations, identify knowledge gaps and conduct coaching sessions. - Perform re-monitoring after coaching to measure improvement. - Support training across all department. - Track trainee performance, certification success rate and training effectiveness. - Develop and update SOPs, PPTs, assessments, coaching material and knowledge articles. - Support AI-based quality initiatives and process improvements. Preferred candidate profile - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Knowledge of stock market, trading and investment products. - Strong sales coaching and objection handling skills. - Ability to analyze call audits and identify performance gaps. - Good stakeholder management and coordination skills. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and reporting. Preferred Qualification - Graduate/Postgraduate (Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent). - NISM certification preferred. Experience - 25 years of experience in Training, Quality or Learning & Development. - Experience in Stock Broking, Capital Markets, BFSI or Financial Services preferred. .
