Titanium trading is our founding product line a ground-floor opportunity to build a strategic materials business from its first supplier and customer relationship onward. THE ROLE Our first Supply Chain Head will own strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, procurement and supply-chain market entry end-to-end, building the supply network needed to turn a standing start into a functioning, revenue-generating trading company within 12 months. (Titanium) WHAT YOU'LL DO Own strategic sourcing, procurement and supply-chain strategy; build domestic/international supplier ecosystem.Lead supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, onboarding and relationship management.Develop reliable sources for critical metals; negotiate pricing, terms, lead times and conditions.Monitor markets, pricing, availability and risks; coordinate sourcing with sales/customer RFQs.Build inventory/working-capital strategy, supplier governance, alternate sources and import/export processes where applicable. Preferred Product / Industry Knowledge Titanium & Titanium Alloys Nickel Alloys Superalloys Cobalt Alloys Zirconium Tantalum Magnesium Alloys Lithium Nuclear Materials Candidate Profile 720 years relevant procurement / strategic sourcing/supply chain/metals / industrial materials experience; domestic/international supplier development; strong negotiation and commercial skills; sourcing, quality, logistics and import/export knowledge; entrepreneurial ownership and willingness to travel. Education B.E./B.Tech/MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Procurement or related discipline preferred. IITs, IIMs and reputed/relevant universities preferred. Metallurgy, Mechanical, Production, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering or related backgrounds advantageous.
