Role Overview We are looking for an experienced and execution-driven Restaurant Onboarding Manager to lead Gintaas restaurant acquisition and onboarding operations. The role will be responsible for identifying and acquiring high-potential restaurant partners, managing commercial discussions, ensuring documentation and onboarding completion, coordinating menu and catalogue setup, driving restaurant activation, and ensuring that newly onboarded restaurants become successfully operational on the Gintaa platform. The ideal candidate must have 57 years of hands-on experience specifically in restaurant onboarding, restaurant acquisition, merchant acquisition, food-tech partnerships, or restaurant account management within the online food delivery ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Restaurant Acquisition & Market Expansion Own restaurant acquisition and onboarding targets across assigned territories, zones, and markets. Identify high-potential restaurants, QSRs, cloud kitchens, local food brands, restaurant chains, and strategic merchant partners. Develop market-level acquisition strategies based on cuisine gaps, customer demand, locality coverage, pricing, and restaurant popularity. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective restaurant partners. Conduct regular market mapping and identify restaurants currently missing from Gintaa's portfolio. Drive both field-based and strategic restaurant acquisition initiatives. Support Gintaa's expansion into current locations by rapidly developing the restaurant supply base. 2.
