Key Responsibilities Assist in documenting patient-doctor interactions accurately. Prepare and maintain medical documentation as per process requirements. Follow client-specific guidelines and quality standards. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned work. Coordinate with the team and attend required training sessions.
