The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, stock receipt and issuance, and maintaining accurate records. The role includes monitoring material movement, ensuring adherence to company procedures, coordinating with procurement and project teams, and implementing effective storage and housekeeping practices. The Store Manager will handle vendor interactions, support audits, enforce loss prevention measures, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The position also involves guiding store staff, supporting smooth workflow, and contributing to timely project execution. Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, to support internal and external stakeholders effectively.Strong Communication skills for clear coordination with project teams, vendors, and other departments.Store Management experience, including inventory control, documentation, and operational oversight in an industrial or project-based environment.Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention or material loss prevention practices, with attention to safeguarding assets and minimizing shrinkage.Relevant experience in store or warehouse operations, preferably in energy, engineering, construction, or related sectors.Ability to work on-site in Barmer, manage a team, and maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, ERP or inventory management systems).Diploma or degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred. .
