We're Hiring: Weight Loss Psychologist (First Consultation & Behavioral Expert) Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Were looking for a Weight Loss Psychologist who is not only passionate about behavior change and mental wellnessbut also deeply skilled at guiding new prospects through their first interaction with our program. This is a role that combines psychology, behavioral assessment, and first-consultation sales. Youll be the first point of contact for people exploring our program, helping them understand their own challenges, educating them on how our approach works, and supporting them through enrollment. About the Role In this role, youll conduct in-depth first consultations with recent prospectsunderstanding their lifestyle, health history, behavioral patterns, work/stress environment, and weight-loss challenges. Youll also explain our program structure, what makes us different, and pricing options. Your goal is to (1) help prospects feel heard and understood and (2) guide interested individuals smoothly toward enrolling and onboarding. Alongside this, youll collaborate with our care team to shape personalized treatment plans, contribute to program development, and support sustainable behavioral and psychological change in patients who join. What You'll Do Primary Responsibilities (Prospect Consultation & Enrolment) - Conduct structured first consultations to evaluate prospects lifestyle, medical background, mindset, and weight-loss challenges - Explain our program in detail, including methodology, behavioral science approach, differentiation, timelines, and pricing - Build trust and rapport to help prospects make confident, informed decisions - Follow up with interested individuals via calls or messages until they enroll - Maintain high-quality documentation of prospect interactions and progress through the evaluation process - Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the consultation and onboarding experience Clinical & B .
