Technical Lead Healthcare Domain (Pune)

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST Experience: 5+ Years Immediate Joiner We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong experience in RPA and automation development to join our Healthcare domain team. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with team leadership, driving end-to-end delivery of automation solutions while working closely with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end delivery of RPA and automation projects - Manage and guide a team of 4 6 developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery - Participate in solution design, architecture, and technical discussions - Review code, workflows, and design documents to ensure best practices and standards - Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams for requirement understanding and solutioning - Engage in client discussions, demos, and solution presentations - Identify automation opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives - Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and project KPIs Must-Have Technical Skills: - Strong programming experience in Java, .Net, Python, or similar technologies - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience (AutomationEdge / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / UiPath) - Good understanding of Core Java, J2EE, Web Services, APIs - Experience in building and managing automation workflows and integrations Must-Have Non-Technical Skills: - Strong communication skills (written verbal) - Proven experience in team handling (4 6 members) - Ability to take ownership and deliver in a client-facing environment - Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability Valuable to Have: - Experience working with multiple RPA tools - Exposure to Healthcare domain (preferred) - Understanding of AI/Automation (Document AI, workflow automation) Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field - Master s / MBA preferred Disclaimer: This job description has been sourced from a public domai .
