Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated professional (Sourcing Market Data Services - Consultant) to support both Market Data Operations and Operational/Tactical Sourcing activities within the Market Data Services (MDS) function. The role combines daytoday administration of market data services with the delivery of commercial insights, sourcing support and vendor management activities. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, clientfocused and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities. Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor and process all demand requests ensuring timely and accurate service delivery. Manage the full Joiners/Movers/Leavers lifecycle, including user setup, entitlement changes and vendor platform updates (e.g., Bloomberg, LSEG/DACS). Maintain accurate MDS inventory by updating all user, product and entitlement changes; conduct regular data validation with stakeholders. Collaborate with vendor account managers to maintain uptodate user lists and support renewals. Perform monthly invoice reconciliation against inventory, troubleshoot discrepancies and support Accounts Payable with allocation outputs. Perform monthly vendor declarations and handle adhoc exchange reporting requirements. Respond to stakeholder queries regarding licence usage, contract inclusions/exclusions, entity coverage and compliance with usage rights. Build and maintain strong working relationships with interna .
