Job Title: Sourcing and Inventory Management / Material Management We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sourcing and Inventory Management Specialist to manage our procurement processes and inventory control. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability of materials, maintain optimal stock levels, and build relationships with suppliers. Key Responsibilities: \* Coordinate with various departments to understand their material requirements. \* Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and procurement activities. \* Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships. \* Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality. \* Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and reorder supplies as needed. \* Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. \* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications: \* Bachelors degree in B.Tech / BE Mechanical. \* Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, and inventory management. \* Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. \* Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. \* Excellent organizational and analytical skills. \* Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \* Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
