Inventory Management Manage day-to-day inventory operations for robotics components and materials.Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/software or inventory management systems.Track incoming, outgoing, returned, damaged, and obsolete materials.Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counts.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.Maintain appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels.Robotics Component Handling Manage stock of electronic components such as sensors, motors, controllers, PCBs, batteries, cables, connectors, and other parts.Ensure sensitive components are stored appropriately and protected from damage, moisture, dust, or electrostatic discharge where applicable.Maintain proper identification and labeling of components and part numbers.Stores & Warehouse Operations Organize the warehouse/store for easy identification and retrieval of materials.Ensure proper binning, labeling, and location management.Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper handling practices in the store.Coordinate material issue and return processes for engineering, production, R&D, and service teams.Procurement Coordination Monitor stock levels and identify upcoming shortages.Prepare material requirement information for the purchase/procurement team.Coordinate with procurement and suppliers regarding deliveries and shortages.Verify received materials against purchase orders, invoices, quantity, and specifications.Escalate damaged, incorrect, or excess deliveries.Documentation & Reporting Maintain GRN, material issue, stock transfer, return, and inventory adjustment records.Prepare regular inventory reports.Track slow-moving, non-moving, excess, and obsolete inventory.Maintain proper documentation for audits.Provide inventory data to management whenever required.Team Coordination Coordinate with R&D, Production, Procurement, Finance teams to ensure materials are available when required.Train store/warehouse staff on inventory procedures and safe material handling.Ensure company policies and inventory control procedures are followed.Compensation: 15,000.00 - 18,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurancePaid sick timePaid time offWork Location: In person .
