Inventory Coordinator

Experience : 4 to 6 years Job description: A diploma or any degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventorymanagement, warehouse operations, or a similar role, preferably in a technology, electronics, or manufacturing environment.Mandatory hands-on experience with an ERP system; proficiency in ERP Efitrack is required.Experience with Zoho Inventory is a significant advantage.Required Skills & Competencies: MS Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Data Validation) are crucial for reporting.Excellent Email Communication: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally with team members and suppliers.Stack & Rack Management: Proven ability to organize a warehouse for maximum efficiency, safety, and inventory accuracy.Inward & Outward Process Management: In-depth knowledge of receiving and dispatching procedures and documentation.Reporting & Analytical Skills: Strong ability to compile data, identify trends, and generate accurate summary reports.Documentation Handling: Meticulous experience in preparing and managing Delivery Challans, Purchase Orders, and other inventory documents.Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.Compensation: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insuranceLeave encashmentProvident FundWork Location: In person .
