About the roleVardhman Electronics is seeking an experienced Stock Auditor to ensure accurate inventory records across its retail stores and warehouses. The role focuses on conducting physical audits, reconciling data in the BUSY ERP system, and supporting continuous improvement of inventory controls.Key responsibilitiesConduct regular physical stock audits at retail stores and warehouses.Reconcile physical inventory with records in BUSY ERP.Identify and report stock shortages, excess stock, and discrepancies.Investigate root causes of mismatches and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.Verify stock movements, transfers, and inward/outward entries.Prepare detailed audit and discrepancy reports.Maintain audit documentation and follow up on unresolved issues.Support management in enhancing inventory accuracy and controls.Required profile23 years of experience in stock or inventory audit/control.Proficiency with BUSY ERP software.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables and data filters.Excellent numerical and analytical abilities.Attention to detail and accuracy.Willingness to travel to stores and warehouses for audits.Preferred experience in retail, electronics, consumer durables, distribution or multilocation businesses.Required skillsBUSY ERPMicrosoft Excel .
