Cost Controller Manufacturing & Supply Chain

About the roleAs a member of the site controlling team reporting to the Site Controller, you will be responsible for cost accounting, inventory control and costcontrol activities across manufacturing and supplychain functions. You will support monthend financial close and act as a business partner to Operations and SupplyChain Management.Key responsibilitiesPerform cost accounting, inventory control and costcontrol activities for the sites manufacturing and supplychain functions.Support monthend financial close and provide adhoc reporting.Partner with Operations and SupplyChain to highlight financial risks and opportunities.Analyse spending by accounts and cost centres, meet with functional heads, discuss variances and identify costsaving opportunities.Interface with Givaudan Business Services and external auditors on cost accounting and inventory matters.Analyse slowmoving, obsolete inventories, monitor cycle counts and writeoffs.Update standard costs annually and analyse purchaseprice variances on a monthly basis.Maintain financial performance KPIs for manufacturing (cost/kg, yield, discards) and prepare management information.Identify process problems, propose solutions and assist in adhoc issue resolution.Required profileStrong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data.Experience in cost accounting, inventory control or related finance functions.Proactive business partnering skills with Operations and SupplyChain teams.Ability to manage time effectively and meet reporting deadlines.Problemsolving orientation and willingness to support continuous improvement.Required skillsWhat we offerOpportunity to work in a global, innovative company with more than 16,000 employees.Dynamic, flexible environment that encourages professional growth.Exposure to diverse manufacturing and supplychain operations. .
