Seeking experienced Accounts Payable professionals 3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Property Accounting, or Real Estate Accounting. Experience handling AP for multiple properties or entities is preferred. Strong understanding of invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, accruals, and payment processing. Knowledge of U.S. accounting practices and property-level accounting. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume transactions. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and basic formulas Proficient in Yardi, RealPage, Entrata .
