Assign follow-up tasks to call and email handlers to obtain missing information. Support workload allocation and ensure effective task distribution among team members. Handle and resolve escalated calls received by call handlers. Handle inbound and outbound calls. Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and PV requirements.
