SEO & Content Operations Executive (Surat)

About the Role We are hiring our SEO & Content Operations Executive to run search and content activities for our business and client websites. This is a hands-on execution role you will use our in-house digital marketing tools and platforms to deliver real results. You will NOT be coding; you will be the person who operates the tools end-to-end. What You'll Do - Onboard and set up websites for SEO and AI-search optimization - Research keywords and understand search intent across industries - Generate, review, edit, and publish content to websites - Monitor Google Search Console (GSC) track indexing, clicks, impressions, rankings, and fix issues - Monitor AI-search visibility and traffic (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews) - Use SEO data and reporting tools to find opportunities and show progress - Maintain content quality and keep websites healthy and growing What We're Looking For - Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals: keywords, search intent, on-page SEO - Hands-on experience with (or strong willingness to quickly learn): - Google Search Console - Keyword research - Content writing and editing - How AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) work - Ability to learn recent software tools quickly - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to own tasks from start to finish - Good written English - Genuine interest in SEO, AI search, and digital marketing Nice to Have (not required) - Experience with any SEO tool (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.) - Experience publishing content to a CMS or website - Basic knowledge of schema / structured data - Content marketing or copywriting background Why Join - Work directly with the founder and learn fast - Get into AI-search optimization (GEO) the next phase of SEO - Own real outcomes, not just routine tasks - Grow into a senior operations or team-lead role as we scale Experience: 0-3 years | Compensation: 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - Have you used Google Search Cons .
