Position OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketplace Account / E-Commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations across platforms such as AJIO, Myntra, and Nykaa Fashion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory coordination, order management, catalog updates, marketplace promotions, and account performance monitoring while ensuring smooth marketplace operations and brand consistency. Key ResponsibilitiesManage product listings across marketplaces like Ajio, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, and other e-commerce platformsUpload and update product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventoryMonitor marketplace orders, returns, cancellations, and customer-related issuesCoordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillmentTrack stock availability and maintain accurate inventory recordsEnsure marketplace accounts are updated with latest collections, offers, and pricingMonitor marketplace performance, sales trends, and account health metricsAssist in running marketplace promotions, deals, and campaignsCoordinate with internal teams for catalog management and issue resolutionMaintain reports related to sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace operationsRequired Skills & QualificationsBasic understanding of online marketplaces and e-commerce operationsStrong communication and coordination skillsGood knowledge of MS Excel and Google SheetsAttention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficientlyBasic understanding of catalog management and inventory trackingProblem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelors degree in any discipline preferredExperience1+ year experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, cataloging, or online operations preferredExperience in apparel, fashion, retail, or e-commerce industry will be an added advantageWhat Were Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused.
