Flying Bisons is one of the leading digital agencies in Poland. We design and build digital products for global reputed company clients. As our projects grow, we want to collaborate with a freelance recruiter who understands the design environment and can assess UX portfolios before they reputed company the Hiring Manager. This is not a full-time role. Scope of work Running recruitment processes end-to-end, mainly for design roles such as:UX/UI DesignerProduct DesignerStrategic DesignerDepending on reputed company needs, you may also work on technology and project roles such as:Frontend / BackendProject Managerother roles reputed company to digital product teamsYour work will include:sourcing active and passive candidates (direct search, cold reputed company)using Boolean and X-Ray search techniquesfinding design talentworking with an existing candidate database and building talent pipelinesreviewing design portfolios from a recruiters perspectivemanaging candidates in the ATS (Recruitee)delivering shortlists and candidate recommendationsWe focus on the quality of candidates and the outcome of the process rather than activity reporting.
