International Travel Operations & Coordination Executive Location: Noida (Work from Office) Industry: Educational Travel | Student Mobility | EdTech Experience: 26 Years (Mandatory: International Travel Operations) About the Role Young Edsplorer is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive International Travel Operations & Coordination Executive to manage the end-to-end planning and execution of international educational tours for schools. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international travel operations and be capable of independently coordinating with global suppliers, hotels, airlines, attractions, transport providers, and Destination Management Companies (DMCs). The role involves itinerary planning, vendor negotiations, contracting, reservations, documentation, and ensuring seamless execution of student group departures. Please note: This role requires experience in International Travel Operations only. Candidates with experience limited to domestic travel operations will not be considered. Key Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate end-to-end international educational tours. - Curate educational itineraries based on school requirements and learning objectives. - Coordinate with international DMCs, hotels, airlines, transport providers, attractions, and activity partners. - Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with hotels, suppliers, and travel partners. - Manage hotel contracting, room allocations, meal plans, and special requests. - Handle group flight bookings, ticketing, and travel logistics. - Coordinate visa documentation, travel insurance, and passenger documentation. - Prepare detailed operational documents including rooming lists, manifests, travel schedules, and departure files. - Ensure timely confirmations, reservations, and operational readiness before departure. - Coordinate with schools, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of tours. - Resolve operational issues before and during departures. - Mainta .
