Agent Operations Executive (Noida)

Contract type: Full Time Permanent. Location: Noida. ABOUT THE ROLE: The Agent Operations Executive plays a key role in supporting the Team Lead in managing the day-to-day operations of the Agent/Channel Management business unit. This position focuses on driving efficiency in agent onboarding, reactivation, and channel programs while ensuring compliance and process optimization. ABOUT THE ROLE: Key Responsibilities: Support the Team Lead in overseeing daily operations within the Agent/Channel Management unit Manage end-to-end processes for new agent onboarding and agent reactivation Assist in the execution of channel programs, including the Partner Program and Agent Registration Ensure compliance with internal and external policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction ABOUT YOU: Experience with matrix working setting and multiple stakeholders management Strong organizational, process and project management skills Data driven approach with strong analytical skills Excellent English communication skills B2B Sales or Channel operations experience preferred Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and operational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining compliance and service standards Proactive in identifying and implementing process enhancements ABOUT US: Study Group is a leading international education provider that is dedicated and passionate about helping students around the world, creating a brighter future and reaching their full potential.
