Key Responsibilities - Handle commercial vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and endorsements. - Process and follow up on motor insurance claims until settlement. - Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, workshops, and branch teams. - Collect and verify all claim-related documents. - Maintain insurance and claims records and MIS reports. - Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance policies. - Resolve claim-related issues and minimize claim rejection. - RTO documentation and compliance work Required Skills: - Knowledge of Commercial Vehicle Insurance - Motor Insurance Claim Processing - Insurance Policy Management - Documentation & MIS Reporting - MS Excel & Microsoft Office - Strong communication and coordination skills Qualifications - Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field. - Insurance certification will be an added advantage.
