Role Description The Sourcing & Quality Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune District. This role is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and onboarding manufacturers and suppliers that meet Exora Global Exports quality, cost, and delivery standards for agri and industrial products. Day-to-day tasks include conducting supplier assessments, reviewing technical specifications, coordinating sample evaluations, and overseeing pre-shipment inspections to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance. The specialist will collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align supplier capabilities with client requirements, resolve quality issues, and maintain accurate sourcing and inspection documentation. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting contract negotiations with suppliers, and contributing to continuous improvement of sourcing and quality control processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, specifications, and inspection reports.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with suppliers, inspection agencies, and internal teams.Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation and Procurement skills to secure favorable terms and reliable supply arrangements.Candidates should possess Recruiting and supplier onboarding skills to identify, evaluate, and develop new vendor relationships.Relevant experience in export, international trade, agri commodities, or industrial manufacturing is highly beneficial.Knowledge of quality control standards, inspection protocols, and global trade documentation is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Pune District, manage multiple projects, and maintain detailed records and reports.Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. .
