Sourcing Manager / Country Representative

GFG International a global apparel sourcing and supply chain company with operations across Hong Kong, China, Bangladesh, and Singapore and over 30 years of industry experience is expanding into India and establishing a new office in Tirupur. We are looking for an experienced Sourcing Manager / Country Representative with a strong industry network and deep knowledge of the Tirupur apparel market to lead this exciting new market entry. What Were Looking For: *Strong and established network of garment factories, suppliers, mills, and agents in Tirupur and surrounding regions *Experience across knits, woven, and denim sourcing Proven track record in apparel sourcing, merchandising, vendor management, or production *Strong relationships with reliable and compliant manufacturers Good understanding of quality, costing, production, and supply chain management *Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build an office and team from the ground up *Excellent communication and negotiation skills *Fluent English communication is required Key Responsibilities: *Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable factory and supplier partners *Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and business partners *Support sourcing for European retail, discount, and brand clients *Manage and negotiate pricing, quality, production timelines, and supplier performance *Ensure suppliers meet GFG's quality, compliance, and business requirements *Establish and lead GFG International's Tirupur office *Build and develop the local sourcing team as the business grows *Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of GFG's Why Join GFG International It is an opportunity to build and lead GFG's presence in one of India's most important apparel sourcing hubs and play a key role in shaping our India business.
