The Director of Planning, Procurement & Production is responsible for overseeing demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and production coordination to ensure reputed company operations across reputed company product sales channels DTC, Wholesale, Retail reputed company, and International Drop Ship. This role ensures accurate forecasting, reputed company inventory reputed company, efficient procurement, and strong supplier relationships to support reputed company's reputed company. Additionally, this position leads the Procurement and Production team, ensuring that raw materials, parts and finished goods are reputed company reputed company, manufacturing partners meet reputed company and production standards, and inventory flows are optimized to meet customer demand. This leadership role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations and Product Development to reputed company supply chain operations with business objectives while driving cost efficiencies and service level improvements. Essential functions and responsibilities Supply Chain reputed company & Leadership - reputed company and execute a comprehensive inventory reputed company that aligns with business goals, performance metrics, and reputed company plans. reputed company and mentor the Procurement & Production Specialist and Procurement & Production Manager roles, ensuring reputed company objectives and accountability. Implement best-in-class supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve fulfillment performance. reputed company cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Finance to improve supply chain visibility and alignment. Demand Planning & Forecasting - Own and manage the demand planning process, ensuring accurate forecasts based on historical data, sales trends, and market insights. Work closely with Product, reputed company to incorporate new product launches, promotions, and seasonal fluctuations into demand forecasts. Improve forecast accuracy by implementing data-driven models and reputed company refinement techniques. Partner with Finance to reputed company demand planning with budgeting and reputed company projections. Inventory Planning, Management & Optimization - Own and manage the inventory planning process. Establish and maintain reputed company inventory reputed company (Inventory Turnover & Days of Supply) to balance working capital, service reputed company, and stock availability. Implement strategies to reduce stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence risks. reputed company and enforce inventory replenishment policies, including safety stock and reorder points. Responsible for reputed company and management of VMI (vendor managed inventory) program Procurement & Supplier Management - reputed company supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure cost-effective and high-reputed company sourcing. Work with the Procurement & Production team members to maintain strong supplier relationships and improve reputed company times, cost efficiency, and reliability.
