We are seeking an Operations & Compliance Analyst to support the review and improvement of operational and compliance activities within the Saudi business, strengthening visibility, controls, reporting, and future automation opportunities. Role OverviewThe Operations & Compliance Analyst will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and improving operational processes across the Saudi operation, with a particular focus on compliance lifecycle management, consultant operations, workforce mobilisation, and customer compliance requirements. The role will work closely with Operations, HR, Compliance, Finance, and Customer teams to understand current practices, identify risks and improvement opportunities, establish operational controls, and capture requirements for future Linnk IQ development. Arabic speaking capability is preferred due to the nature of stakeholder engagement and Saudi operational requirements. Key Responsibilities1. Compliance Process ReviewReview and document key compliance processes across the Saudi operation. Visa Lifecycle ManagementReview visa processing and tracking activities.Document current visa lifecycle workflows.Identify gaps in monitoring, ownership, and escalation.Recommend improved visibility and control mechanisms.Iqama ManagementReview Iqama issuance, renewal, and tracking processes.Assess current compliance monitoring methods.Identify risks related to expiry management.Develop recommendations for improved tracking and reporting.WPS (Wage Protection System) ReviewReview WPS compliance processes.Understand payroll compliance monitoring activities.Identify reporting and control requirements.Recommend improvements to compliance visibility.GOSI ReviewReview GOSI registration and compliance processes.Assess current monitoring and reporting methods.Identify opportunities for improved compliance governance.Saudisation Tracking ReviewReview Saudisation monitoring processes.Assess current reporting mechanisms.Identify requirements for tracking and compliance reporting.2. Operations Process ReviewReview operational processes supporting consultant and customer lifecycle management.
