Manage and oversee the operations of the CASA Current Account and Savings Account portfolio in the Mangalore region Drive the growth of CASA deposits by implementing effective sales strategies and customer acquisition plans Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to CASA operations Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including customers branch staff and other departments Monitor and analyze key performance indicators KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement Provide leadership and guidance to the CASA team including training and performance management Identify and mitigate risks associated with CASA operations such as fraud and compliance breaches Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to CASA products and services .
