Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products. - Experience with building, configuring, replacing and troubleshooting EUC hardware components. - Good Experience in Data Backup Techniques. - Familiarity with Microsoft SCCM would be advantageous. - MacOS, IOS knowledge is a must. - Familiarity with virtual, MDM and VPN environments. - CompTIA A+, MCP/MCSE are desirable certifications. - required exceptional customer facing skills & OEM Certification desirable.
