Job Description: Bank Officer (CA/SA) Associate Manager | Role Overview Age criteria- Less than 30 age Responsible for acquiring new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers, driving business growth through relationship management and cross-selling banking products. Key Responsibilities Acquire recent CA/SA customers through field sales and referrals Generate leads via networking, cold calling, and market mapping Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers Cross-sell banking products like loans, insurance, and forex services Ensure KYC and compliance as per bank guidelines Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals Eligibility Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline 1-5 years experience in sales (preferably banking/NBFC) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills Required Sales & negotiation skills Relationship management Target-oriented mindset Market knowledge Compensation As per industry standards + incentives based on performance .
