Purchasing Plan and procure materials, components, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations.Issue purchase orders and monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery.Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms with suppliers.Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier information.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to support production schedules. Compliance & Reporting Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.Maintain supplier agreements, purchasing records, and logistics documentation.Track and report key purchasing and logistics performance metrics.Support internal and external audits related to purchasing and supply chain activities.Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field preferred.Experience Minimum 5 years of purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or logistics experience in a manufacturing environment.Experience managing international shipments and import logistics.Experience sourcing manufactured components and developing suppliers within India.Experience using ERP/MRP systems. .
