Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Executive

Job Title: Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Executive Location: Mumbai | Work Mode: On-site + Field Visits We are a Mumbai-based party supplies and gifting brand looking for a Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Executive. Role: 1. Identify, onboard and manage vendors for paper-based printed products, LED items and other party supply products 2. Share designs and specs with vendors, coordinate production, quality checks and timelines 3. Negotiate MOQs, pricing and lead times. Handle re-orders and follow-ups 4. Market research and sourcing of new party supply products in Mumbai market 5. Maintain vendor database with contacts, rates and capabilities 6. Basic knowledge of printing processes, materials and finishes required Requirements: 1. 2-4 years experience in vendor sourcing, production, procurement or related field. 2. Must be based in Mumbai with existing knowledge of local vendors and markets 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi 4. Organized, reliable and good at follow-ups 5. Comfortable with field visits across Mumbai Plus Point: Knowledge of Mumbai's event scene and event organisers Compensation: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
