Key Responsibilities - Transcribe and type MRI, CT Scan reports from dictated notes or draft reports provided by Radiologists. - Ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting of medical reports. - Proofread reports for grammatical, spelling, and medical terminology errors. - Generate final reports and coordinate with Radiologists for corrections and approvals. - Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of all medical information. - Upload, print, and dispatch reports as required. - Coordinate with reception and technical staff for report processing. - Manage report databases and maintain digital records. - Support administrative and documentation-related tasks assigned by management. Required Qualifications - Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline. - Certification or experience in Medical Transcription will be an added advantage. - Basic knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and diagnostic imaging reports preferred. - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and computer operations. Skills & Requirements - Typing Speed:30-40 WPM (Words Per Minute) with high accuracy. - Good command of English grammar and spelling. - Ability to understand medical terminology and radiology report formats. - Solid attention to detail and accuracy. - Good organizational and time-management skills. - Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple reports efficiently. - Professional communication and teamwork skills. Experience - Freshers with excellent typing skills may apply. - 1-3 years of experience in medical transcription, healthcare documentation, diagnostic centres, hospitals, or clinics preferred.
