Location: Anangpur, Faridabad Team : Technical Shared Service Center Hiring Manager : Abhishek Kumar Experience : 4 - 6 Years Budget 8-10 LPA Quality & Reliability Engineer We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality & Reliability Engineer to join our dedicated Industrial IoT (IIoT) engineering team. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between cloud service quality and incoming technical support. You will execute and automate End-to-End (E2E) tests for our IIoT services while handling escalated 2nd level support tickets. Your core objective is not only to resolve incoming technical issues, but to analyze support tickets, convert them into reproducible automated test cases, and actively drive service quality to systematically reduce overall support volume over time. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Automation Test Execution: Plan and execute manual functional, regression, and system tests for Industrial IoT cloud services and device management features. Test Automation: Create, maintain, and expand automated E2E test suites based on product requirements. Continuous Testing: Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure release stability. Requirement Analysis: Work closely with product managers and software developers to define clear acceptance criteria for user stories. 2nd Level Support & Quality Feedback Loop Incident Investigation: Analyze, reproduce, and resolve complex 2nd level technical support tickets escalated from 1st level support or customer teams. Ticket-to-Test Transformation: Systematically convert resolved support tickets and edge-case customer incidents into permanent manual or automated test scenarios. Ticket Volume Minimization: Perform root-cause analysis (RCA) on recurring support patterns and collaborate with core developers to eliminate underlying defects permanently. Knowledge Transfer: Document technical workarounds, common failure modes, and test cases to empower 1st level support and keep documentation up-to-date. Requirements & Qualifications Professional Experience: 3+ years of combined experience in QA testing (manual & automated) and 2nd Level Technical Support for cloud applications/software services. QA & Automation Skills: Solid hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) and test tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Xray, TestRail). Technical Troubleshooting: Strong background in API testing (Postman, REST APIs), log file analysis, and database queries. Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to translate ambiguous customer-reported issues into concrete, reproducible technical bug reports and automated tests. Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (essential for working with distributed international teams). Nice-to-Have Background or interest in Industrial IoT (IIoT), device management, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or IoT communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP). Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. .
