Commercial Sales Executive National / Regional Commercial Sales Executive VP / SVP / EVP Commercial & Institutional Accounts Commercial Title | Development | Institutional Real Estate Position Summary World Wide Land Transfer (WWLT) is seeking a seasoned National / Regional Commercial Sales Executive to drive growth across commercial and institutional real estate platforms. This executive-level producer will originate and expand relationships with: National and regional developers Real estate investment firms and institutional investors REITs and capital markets participants Law firms and commercial lenders Family offices and enterprise-level real estate operators The ideal candidate is a respected commercial title professional with a strong national and/or regional network and a proven ability to win and manage complex transactions, multi-site portfolios, and high-value projects. This role requires strategic deal leadership, executive presence, and the ability to operate effectively within sophisticated commercial environments. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Commercial Business Development Originate and expand commercial relationships across development, investment, lending, and institutional platforms at the national and/or regional level. Generate new transactional volume through strategic pursuit of portfolio and project opportunities. Position WWLT as a trusted commercial partner for complex transactions. Enterprise Selling & Deal Leadership Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving investors, attorneys, lenders, and capital markets participants. Navigate underwriting strategy, transaction structure, timelines, and risk considerations. Serve as a strategic advisor throughout the transaction lifecycle. Pipeline & Revenue Management Build and manage a disciplined commercial pipeline using HubSpot CRM. Forecast transaction volume and revenue across active opportunities. Deliver consistent production with autonomy and accountability. Strategic Collaboration Partner closely with commercial underwriting, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution. Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to enhance commercial positioning and service delivery. Required Qualifications Commercial Title Expertise 10+ years of experience selling commercial title, escrow, closing, or underwriting services. Demonstrated success generating commercial revenue across national and/or regional development, investment, and lending platforms. Experience supporting complex transactions including development projects, multi-state portfolios, industrial, hospitality, office, or institutional assets. Industry Connectivity Established network of developers, investors, attorneys, institutional stakeholders, and capital markets professionals. Credibility with senior decision-makers including principals, partners, and investment executives. Skills & Technical Fluency Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and commercial deal tracking tools. Ability to understand sophisticated transaction structures and underwriting considerations. Education & Travel Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience). Ability to travel as required (~4050%).
