About the Role The Digital and Tech Solution Owner: Plan to Forecast plays a critical role in ensuring Haleons Technology Platforms enable our enterprise processes to be designed, governed, and operated in a consistent, scalable, and future fit way. The Solution Owner is the enterprise-wide technology enabler of an end to end (E2E) global business process and is responsible for its functional design, delivery, service operation and continuous improvement across all functions and markets. This role sits at the center of Haleons transformation ensuring our processes evolve from legacy, fragmented ways of working into integrated, standardized, and digitally enabled ways of working unlock capacity across the organization, align to strategy, maintain compliance, and operational excellence in support of the growth agenda. The Solution Owner acts as an informed decision-maker for the enterprise, enabling Business Process Owners to break down functional silos and ensuring technology choices are made for the positive of the whole organization.
