Job Role: HR Recruiter (Fresher) Experience: Fresher to 2 Years Location: Sarthana Jakatnaka, Surat Key Responsibilities: Understand hiring requirements from clients and internal stakeholdersSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networksScreen, shortlist, and validate resumes as per job requirementsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clientsRegularly follow up with candidates throughout the interview processSupport offer rollout, documentation, and joining formalitiesMaintain accurate candidate data and hiring trackersEnsure timely closure of open positions with quality profiles Required Skills & Qualifications: Any graduate or postgraduate (HR preferred but not mandatory)Good communication and interpersonal skillsBasic understanding of recruitment and hiring processesAbility to multitask and work under deadlinesFamiliarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantageWillingness to work on-site in Surat .
