HRMS Support Excetive

Role: Handle and manage client queries related to HRMS software. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Coordinate with clients for software implementation, support, and issue resolution. Troubleshoot basic HRMS-related issues and guide clients accordingly. Perform basic software testing and identify bugs or functional issues. Coordinate with the technical/development team for issue resolution and follow-up. Perform basic SQL queries for data verification and troubleshooting. Test new features, updates, and fixes before deployment. Maintain proper records of client issues, resolutions, and follow-ups. Provide product demonstrations and basic training to clients when required. Ensure timely and professional communication with clients. Escalate complex technical issues to the concerned team. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in HRMS software, software support, client handling, or a similar role. Strong client-handling and communication skills. Experience in handling and resolving client queries. Basic knowledge of SQL queries and database handling. Basic knowledge of software testing and bug identification. Good understanding of HRMS processes and software functionality. Hindi is mandatory. Good English communication skills will be an added advantage. Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and internal technical teams. Candidates should be willing to work 22 days per month from the Bangalore office. .
