The Director of Population Health Operations will reputed company execution of established clinical protocols and care management programs operationally. The Director will be responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of one or more clients/line of business and ensure alignments with operational standards. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the total cost of care and clinical reputed company for assigned reputed company/line of business under the guidance of the VP/ SVP of Operations. Manage book of business of regional payer/provider relationships; leads JOCs and operational improvement initiatives.
