Job Title: HR Executive Site (Building Construction) Location: Pune Experience: 25 Years Industry: Building Construction Requirement: Urgent Job Description: We are urgently looking for an HR Executive Site for our building construction project in Pune. The candidate should have prior experience in handling site-level HR operations and coordination. Key Responsibilities: Issuing and managing gate passes for manpower, staff, and visitorsHandling guesthouse allocation and availability for staff and visitorsSite-level coordination with project team, contractors, and vendorsPreparing and managing police verification certificates for employeesMaintaining attendance records (staff & labor)Preparing daily HR/site reports and submitting to HOHandling statutory and site compliancesManaging HR documentation (joining forms, ID proofs, verification records, etc.)Supporting smooth HR operations at the construction siteAffidavit preparetion from site and data maintain .Requirements: 25 years of experience in site HR, preferably in building constructionGood coordination and communication skillsKnowledge of site compliances and documentationComfortable working at site locationImmediate joiners preferred.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Food providedPaid sick timeProvident FundApplication Question(s): How many years you have worked in site as a HR What are your roles and responsibilities as a HR In site And what report do you provide to Head Office What is your Notice Period How many years you have worked in construction company Work Location: In person .
