Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analytics activities. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and people practices. Mandatory Skills: Solid understanding of people practices and HR analytics. Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization. Experience with MySQL and SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Advanced analytical skills, including experience with Python for data analysis. Preferred candidate profile Experience in project management methodologies. Familiarity with predictive analytics techniques.
