As a Fixed Income Analyst intern at ZeTheta Algorithms Private Limited, you will be involved in practical assignments related to fixed income investment and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:- Calculating Yield to Maturity (YTM) and evaluating returns on various types of fixed-income securities.- Determining Present Value (PV) of securities and analyzing market pricing Comparing investment options such as corporate bonds, fixed deposits, and mutual funds.You will also be responsible for:- Developing financial models in Excel, Python, or R to assess risk and return metrics.- Implementing AI-driven approaches for analyzing credit risk and probability of default.- Working on Value at Risk (VaR) simulations and machine learning models for risk assessment.Additionally, you will:- Analyze corporate bond spreads, relative valuations, and structured finance instruments.- Perform data cleaning and visualization for sovereign credit research and CDS time series Assist in the structuring and evaluation of project finance and asset-backed securities.Moreover, you will gain exposure to:- Understanding Microsoft Excel AI tools for financial modeling.- Developing and testing AI models for credit derivatives and portfolio risk assessment.- Working on FinTech tools like Virtual Risk Analyser and Virtual Portfolio Analyser.Qualifications:- A student from any academic discipline.About the Company:ZeTheta Algorithms Private Limited is a FinTech start-up in India that focuses on developing innovative AI tools.(Note: The internship is self-paced with the option of 15 days or 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 months duration and is unpaid.)
