Responsibilities: - Act as Principal Officer and designated Director responsible for the overall research function and operations of the SEBI-registered Research Analyst entity - Conduct fundamental analysis of listed companies across sectors - Analyze financial statements, annual reports, earnings releases and investor presentations - Prepare and issue research reports/recommendations in line with SEBI RA Regulations, 2014 - Ensure SEBI/RAASB compliance, disclosures and 5-year record-keeping - Present research and market views for the company's content, including video - Must-have skills: NISM Series XV Research Analyst Certification (mandatory); equity research / fundamental analysis; knowledge of Indian stock markets, securities and financial statements; understanding of SEBI RA Regulations. - Mandatory qualification: Graduate/postgraduate degree in a financial field (finance, commerce, accountancy, business management, economics, banking, insurance) OR skilled qualification (CA / CFA / CMA), from a UGC/AICTE-recognised university. Candidates with an unrelated degree (e.g. B.Tech, B.A., B.Sc.) are not eligible unless they hold 5+ years of financial-markets experience, per SEBI RA Regulations. .
